Massimo Bottura is the chef of Osteria Francescana, a three-star Michelin restaurant in Modena, Italy. The restaurant has been on San Pellegrino’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list since 2010, and reached #1 in 2016. He was featured in the Netflix series “Chef’s Table.” His most recent book, Bread is Gold: Extraordinary Meals With Ordinary Ingredients, was born out of a soup kitchen he created during Expo 2015 in Milan.
